To get started with aromatherapy shower experience, you will need:

Our starter kit includes all the items you need to elevate your daily shower routine.

Yes, you can! The installation process is really easy, only taking 1-2 minutes. It doesn’t require breaking tiles, any fancy tools, or plumbing experience.

Simply remove your existing handheld shower head and hand tighten our shower head onto your existing hose connector. Watch our install video here.

Our shower head comes with a water filter pre-installed. Once the filter turns brown, you can easily replace the filter by

1) Twist open the bottom cap of the shower head.

2) Take out the contaminated filter.

3) Insert the new filter with the rubber ring facing up.

4) Close the bottom cap and turn it to lock tightly.

We use a filtration system that involves 2 different processes to filter harmful chemicals and minerals.

Our pure water filter traps pipe rust, sediments, and any physical debris over the size of 5 microns and removes bacteria such as e.coli.

Our vitamin scent capsule neutralizes chlorine with vitamin concentrate and helps weaken calcium and magnesium bonds leading to softening of hard water and balancing the pH of water.

Yes, the benefit of filtered water alone helps with preventing scalp buildup and improves hair/skin texture. By infusing natural moisturizing ingredients into hair and skin, it keeps your skin and hair stay hydrated and moisturized for longer even after showering.

We recommend changing the filter every 3-4 months although it could last up to 6 months depending on your water quality.

Once the filter turns brown, it's time to replace the filter. You can easily check the color of the filter through the transparent filter monitor window.

Our capsule is designed to last about 2 weeks on average and you can switch between different capsules every shower if you choose to.

Each capsule contains 6000mg of Vitamin C. That's 120 lemons worth of Vitamin C.

We have tested the over a thousand times to find the optimal water pressure: it has a high yet pleasant water pressure.

The US EPA requires that all shower heads must meet each State's regulations.

All shower heads are shipped with a flow restrictor specific to each State:

• 1.75gpm for CA, CO, HI, NY, WA, VT

• 2.45gpm for all the other states.

Yes we do! Free standard shipping is applied to all continental US orders $30+.

Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business daysexcept for preorders. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 2-7 days from the ship date to arrive.

Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days from the day it is shipped to arrive at its final destination. We don't do rush shipping, but if you need it in a hurry, please email hello@h201shift.co before you place the order and we'll see what we can do.

Yes, however, there is a shipping surcharge of $5.99 and it may incur longer shipping times.
